Versi Liberi

Driven by Dedar’s vocation for discovery and interchange, a walk down memory lane has led to a most contemporary idea. The Versi Liberi collection reinterprets two emblematic moments in textile tradition, transforming them into a present-day language able to give any interior project a distinctive identity.

Abstraction, naturalism, figurative references and subtle astral evocations: the placed fabrics for backrests, seating and cushions, in a 70 × 90 cm format, combine the refinement and expressive vigour of the traditional theme of placed motifs, exploring different creative directions and giving interiors a bold and modern character.

The new varieties of placed motifs are accompanied by the new large-scale Versi Liberi panels for curtains, a format that reinterprets the idea of flounce fabrics, in a “ready-made” form.

On the cusp between couture and spontaneity, these large abstract panels (370 × 140 cm) bring together two fabrics from the collection through a special faux embroidery technique, creating an interplay of colours, nuances, textures and materials that entertain impassioned dialogues tailored to personal flair and inspiration.
