Massimo Alba inspired by Dedar
Dedar textile creations have inspired Massimo Alba to reinterpret the iconic “India” jacket in a new limited edition entirely made from Dedar fabrics.
Dedar textile creations have inspired Massimo Alba, a prestigious Italian brand of apparel for men and women, to reinterpret the iconic India jacket using Dedar fabrics.

Reinterpreted by Massimo Alba with meticulous care and expertise, the jacket, in its limited edition, maintains the iconic unlined and double-breasted design. The expression of a personality that is eccentric, free-wheeling, and nonchalant, this jacket adapts equally well to travel, coastal vacations, or city life, or whatever the wearer’s own interpretation suggests.

The fabrics selected for its production come from the Contemporary Archives Collection by Dedar: Hana-Bi, a precious jacquard with an abstract floral motif recreating the effect of the reverse side of a fabric, and Electric Dreams, an original take on the patterns of Japanese kimonos, whose jacquard weave is animated by bright metallic inserts.

The limited-edition collection will be presented during the Fuorisalone in Milan, starting from June 7th, and will be on sale exclusively in the Massimo Alba boutiques of Milan and Forte dei Marmi.
