Slight color variations between different fabric dye lots are determined by the manufacturing and finishing process that make the fabric unique. With use and in the course of time and during storage and rolling, velvet pile may crush. To restore its original appearance, it is advisable to vaporize slightly at a distance of 20 cm, and then to brush the fabric.

Upon receipt of the goods, receivers (customer/workroom) are strongly advised to check carefully the state of the packaging and the goods.
