Only at the time of application, if necessary, gently dab with a slightly damp cloth, drying immediately afterwards. Use only a well-wrung cloth, not a wet one, so as to moisten the surface as little as possible.

This textile wallcovering, the result of a handcrafted process, displays variations and irregularities of colour and orthogonality between warp and weft. These intrinsic characteristics are part of the preciousness of the product and may not allow for a perfect match between the streaks of the different lengths when aligned. How to lay the wallcovering using the overlap and splice ("Double cutting") technique.
Upon receipt of the goods, receivers (customer/workroom) are strongly advised to check carefully the state of the packaging and the goods. If the package is externally damaged, please notify it to the forwarder and on delivery note. Any claims must be notified in a written form with photographic material within 8 days from receipt date.
