Inspired by Anni Albers’ work, this jacquard affords a protagonist role to yarn, as a functional element and bearer of significance. The variant with a full ground puts the spotlight on the lancé weft, which designs an all-embracing, curvy motive that extends for the entire fabric width. The curvilinear narration of the uninterrupted wool thread stands out clearly against the cotton satin. With its soft and drapey hand, it is ideal for curtains, panels and decorative applications.
