Only at the time of application, if necessary, gently dab with a slightly damp cloth, drying immediately afterwards. Use only a well-wrung cloth, not a wet one, so as to moisten the surface as little as possible.

Due to the use of two contrasting weft threads, the colour of Viridiana Wall varies according to its direction. When applying the fabric, it is advisable to consider the direction (indicated by the specific arrow) for both colour and consistency. This textile wallcovering, the result of a handcrafted process, displays variations and irregularities of colour and orthogonality between warp and weft. These intrinsic characteristics are part of the preciousness of the product and may not allow for a perfect match between the streaks of the different lengths when aligned.
Upon receipt of the goods, receivers (customer/workroom) are strongly advised to check carefully the state of the packaging and the goods. If the package is externally damaged, please notify it to the forwarder and on delivery note. Any claims must be notified in a written form with photographic material within 8 days from receipt date. No claims will be accepted for any items that have already been cut, sewn, or made up. Returns must be previously authorized by Dedar.
