Dedar partners with Triennale Milano on the new Cucina Triennale project

In the heart of the renewed Piano Parco, Cucina Triennale takes shape, the new restaurant and café of Triennale Milano.

A space that combines taste, art and design.

Articulated into three rooms overlooking a 7,300-square-metre garden, the architectural project by AR.CH.IT Luca Cipelletti offers a contemporary reinterpretation of Giovanni Muzio’s original layout. At its core, the design concept embraces a vision of continuity between indoors and outdoors, past and present, culture and conviviality.

The restaurant occupies two of the three rooms, while the café is located in the adjacent one. Two movable partition walls elegantly divide the spaces with retractable curtains in Marabou, a soft chenille in a refined green that echoes the tones of the cipollino marble in the historic Palazzo dell’Arte.

At the entrance, Le Mura sofa system by Mario Bellini and the Additional System armchair by Joe Colombo, upholstered respectively in the mohair velvet Vladimiro and the bouclé Lupo, introduce guests to an exhibition gallery.
