"Le Chemin du Fil Blanc", Féau Boiseries
Dedar presents a textile installation in the magical setting of Féau Boiseries, France’s largest private collection of wood-paneling from the 17th century to the present day.
Expression of a silent decoration and a delicate presence in the space, Fil Blanc is a 500 metre long strip of fabrics from the White Writings collection. It runs along the path, intertwining with wood panels, sculptures and pillars and guiding through the discovery of pieces from The Invisible Collection and Mobilier National.
Neutral shades of thread alternate harmoniously with bright and intense colours of panels made up of a selection of Dedar textile wallcoverings. Their refined personality and timeless allure explore various degrees of luminosity and texture and extends to spaces of contemporary taste.
