What is the minimum purchasing unit?
<p>The minimum unit for placing an order varies according to the article selected. It may be 1 metre (US yard), 1 repeat, in the case of patterned fabric, or 1 roll in the case of wallcoverings. For further information, please contact our Customer Service.</p>
Do the colours on the screen reflect the true shades of the articles?
<p>When viewing the colours on the screen, different variable factors come into play which are beyond our control, such as the correct calibration of the monitor. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that the colour as it appears on the screen truly reflects that of the physical sample. To check the colour, we advise you to request a sample.</p>
I am unable to find a specific item on your website.
<p>At times this is due to a mere typing error. Check that the product code or name is typed in correctly. If no search results were found, please contact our Customer Service to ask them for information.</p>
I would like to know if a discontinued product can still be ordered.
<p>We invite you to contact our Customer Service with details of the product you are interested in, its name or code, and the quantity you require. We will be in touch to provide you with full information on its availability and whether it may still be produced.</p>
I wish to receive some samples.
<p>Fabric samples are sent free of charge to both private customers and professionals. Kindly register on our website or log in so that you may request samples in a 13x17cm format.</p>
How many samples can I order?
<p>You can order samples for a maximum quantity of 15 pieces per day.</p>
How long will it take for my samples to be delivered?
<p>Samples are delivered in approximately 48 hours. This is dependent on local post situations.</p>
How can I find out the price of a product?

Can I have a sample that differs from the standard size?
<p>Our standard format is 13x17cm, but if you are a trade professional, different sample formats may be provided on request. Contact our Customer Service for further information.</p>
Returns policy
<p>Upon receipt of the goods, receivers (customer/workroom) are strongly advised to check carefully the state of the packaging and the goods.<br>If the package is externally damaged, please notify it to the forwarder and on delivery note.<br>Any claims must be notified in a written form with photographic material within 8 days from receipt date.<br>No claims will be accepted for any items that have already been cut, sewn, or made up.<br>Returns must be previously authorized by Dedar. Please, check “Claims and Returns” policy included in “<a href="https://dedar.com/privacy">Dedar general sales conditions</a>”.<br><br></p>
