Upon receipt of the goods, they must be accepted with reservation and checked at the time of delivery. If delivered to a third party, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are carefully checked. Any complaints must be submitted directly to the seller; complaints addressed to the courier will not be considered. Complaints relating to goods that have already been packaged will not be considered. Mariaflora's liability is limited exclusively to goods recognised as defective. Any returns must be authorised in advance by our company. Any complaints must be communicated in writing to our offices and accompanied by images that highlight the problem.
