A refined new take on Toile de Jouy jacquard encapsulates the recollection of a distant oriental forest, lying still and silent. A meticulous research into yarns, selected one by one, has enabled the exploration of unprecedented expressive ambits. Its two wefts of slubbed cotton softly create the pattern: an ondé yarn takes the irregular ground to a new level and illuminates it with tones of gold, while the other confers botanical suggestions. With delicate metallic reflections, it has a textural and drapey hand. Ideal for upholstery.
